Nike SB 'Mineral Slate' Dunk High Pro
Following on from the recently released Nike SB ACG Superdome and the anime inspired ‘Gundam’, the Nike SB Dunk High Pro returns in an earthy mineral slate colourway for 2022. Combining subtle workwear notes with a heavy duty construction, this premium skate shoe welcomes a new and refreshing twist on designer Peter Moore’s time honoured Dunk that debuted back in ‘85.

Joined by its low and mid-top siblings, Nike’s infamous Dunk legacy is one that still remains true to its courtside roots. Originally designed in 1985 by Peter Moore, the same creative mastermind behind the Air Jordan 1 and the ‘Big Nike’ nicknamed Terminator, the Nike Dunk’s original ‘College Colour High’ roots remain a continual influence for the silhouette. Originally adopted by skaters during the late ‘90s, with the Nike SB Dunk Low launching in 2002 through the brand’s pioneering Nike SB skate subdivision, the Nike Dunk continues to transfer the same performance characteristics and progressive function as its predecessor even after an inspiring 37 years.
Styled with similarity to the 420 themed Nike SB Dunk High ‘Dog Walker’ from 2019 with its teal coloured texturing, this all-new Nike SB Dunk High Pro switches the usual leather uppers for an often overshadowed suede and canvas construction. Premium hairy suede overlays and corduroy-like underlays host similar aesthetics to the recently released ‘Unbleached Pack’ Nike SB Dunk High Pro, a profile that was also part of the brand’s #supportyourlocalskateshop Orange Label initiative, whilst the sail white Swooshes that flow across the lateral and medial quarters create a striking contrast to the two tone rubber outsole. A full length cupsole stitch, an integrated Zoom Air unit and a traditional circular underfoot tread honour the skate shoe’s court-to-concrete narrative, with the usual perforated toe box swapped for a full canvas coverage for increased abrasion resistance. The recessed nine eyelet lacing system is styled with interchangeable laces for easy customisation, whilst the padded tongue features woven ‘Nike SB Dunk High Pro’ branding. Finished with a padded and lined collar, woven Swoosh-end ankle tabs and with printed ‘Air Zoom’ branded insoles that feature Nike’s all-new Air logo redesigned in 2020 for a debut that launched alongside the postponed Tokyo Olympics.

Winners will be chosen on Tuesday 8th March 2022 at 14:00PM (GMT) and we will aim to confirm both successful and unsuccessful entries within three hours. Winning pairs will start shipping Wednesday 9th March 2022.
For each release we will invite those interested to enter a draw to purchase prior to the products actual designated time of release. Card payment will be required to register for each draw and your payment will be authorised but the funds not taken by us unless your name is successfully drawn at the designated time and date of the actual release.
If you are unsuccessful in the draw the pre-authorisation will be voided and your funds released, it may take up to five working days before you see your funds available in your account again.
