Ideal for casual everyday wear, this purple Shmoo Long Sleeve T-Shirt from adidas is made from soft 100% cotton single jersey and features a sky tint embroidered graphic on the chest. Designed in collaboration with the legendary Mark Gonzales, the embroidered emblem shows ‘The Gonz’s’ infamous ‘Shmoo’ character incorporated within the adidas trefoil logo which has been stitched in a sky tint tone that contrasts to the purple fabric background. For comfort the curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim whilst wider cut cuffs wrap around the edge of the long sleeves to help keep the fit in place when active. The body has a straight cut hem for a clean finish.
Born in 1968, Mark Gonzales is an iconic figure within the skateboarding industry whose fun doodles and memorable character have led him to work with the likes of Supreme and adidas on long standing collaborative projects. His ‘Shmoo’ character was developed during overseas trips when ‘The Gonz’ would send postcards to friends decorated with his own scribbles and drawings and can now be seen across a wide selection of apparel styles.
