This black Synthetic Strap Cap from Kavu features a low profile 4-panel design and is made from water resistant nylon with a decorative polyester webbing strap. Designed to stay put no matter what the weather, the flexible strap features a colourful woven pattern that varies between each cap and wraps around the crown before continuing around to the reverse where an adjustable clip buckle fastening allows you to find your perfect fit. The underneath of the peak is black to reduce glare. This cap has been designed and made in the USA using materials that have been sourced from around the world.
The style that started it all, the Strap Cap is Kavu’s most famous style and initiated the launch of the brand back in 1993. Created by Barry Bar who sought a hat that would stay put during windy boat rides and bad conditions, the unique webbing provides a secure but comfortable fit and has led the hat to be favoured by hikers, climbers and outdoor enthusiasts. Each style features a different webbing pattern for unique character and the use of nylon increases this design's suitability for year-round wear.
