Inspired by the legacy of ‘Unicorn Gundam’ and by classic Japanese anime culture, the Nike SB Dunk High Pro ‘Gundam’ is a creative silhouette that joins its juxtaposed sibling in its celebration of ‘70s era cartoon reference. Premium uppers crafted from resilient blue and red leather create the 3D angular effect overlays inspired by robotic joints, whilst the bold black underlays bring added depth and dimension to this Gundam themed release. An integrated Zoom Air unit provides a cushioned step and increased structural support, whilst the block tone black rubber soles are styled with bright red cupsole stitching and classic circular tread underfoot details for elevated all-terrain function. Securing the ‘Nike SB Dunk High Pro’ tongue in place across the natural arch of the foot, a recessed 9 eyelet lacing system complements the perforated toe box for elevated ventilation and circulatory comfort, whilst the interchangeable laces are joined by mismatched interchangeable 3D style golden side wall Swooshes that pay homage to the transformative elements seen on iconic Gundam figures. Finished with debossed RX-0 Unicorn Gundam inspired ‘RX-0 Dunk High’ printed detailing across each exterior facing lateral quarter, which Nike’s iconic Swoosh creatively worked into its referential design.
