Polar Mt. Fuji T-Shirt

Polar Mt. Fuji T-Shirt in Graphite. Created especially for the summer ‘21 collection, this Polar t-shirt features new artwork by Malmö based illustrator Jacob Ovgren inspired by the sights of Japan. Designed with casual everyday wear in mind, a medium weight cotton jersey material has been selected for this style which has a ribbed neckline for comfort and straight cut hems to allow for easy layering with a sweatshirt or jacket. On the left side of the chest stylised ‘Polar Skate Co.’ lettering has been printed in white with a black outline and on the reverse a larger design presents a vibrant scene of animals in front of Mount Fuji, coloured in tones of green, purple black and white for a statement effect.

This season Polar is offering a collection of warm-weather appropriate designs featuring custom artwork and detailing as an expression of the brand’s creative vision and independent style. The likes of founder Pontus Alv, his grandfather Bengt Alv, in-house designer Jacob Ovgren and Stockholm based design consultancy Museum Studio have each brought their own creative style to staple t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and accessories whilst essential denim and shorts have been updated with colour washes inspired by classic vintage pieces.
